Gladstone Mindcare has a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of people in the Gladstone community. Mindcare Moments is a social enterprise cafe that operates to support mental health and wellbeing and serves as a hospitality employment training pathway for community.  Open to the public, every coffee sold helps promote improved mental health and wellbeing of people experiencing mental health challenges.

We’re passionate about producing great coffee, but there’s more to us than just caffeine – we support people from disadvantaged backgrounds to become local hospitality heroes.  Through the Queensland Government's Skilling Queenslanders for Work initiative, we employ trainees to complete a Certificate I in Hospitality and collaborate and seek local businesses to support the social enterprise cafe through opportunities for accredited qualified trainees to secure hospitality placements, work experience and future employment pathways.

Even our coffee products are purposely sourced to support mental health. We proudly serve delicious coffee products that come from Australian Warfighter Coffee – a not for profit where all profits go to helping Veterans and First Responders battling mental health injuries.
