Conversations 4 Life is an evidence based 4-hour program based on early suicide prevention. Conversations for life focuses on recognising when someone is vulnerable or facing a personal crisis. It aims to connect a person when they are most likely to withdraw. The program identifies early signs for intervention and prevention that are simple and relevant and can be recognised by friends, student peers, family, etc.
Participants in the training session will get an opportunity to practice face to face conversational fundamentals and prepare them to support their peers and refer to relevant supports.
We will be holding the program on the 24th of March 2026 from 10am - 2pm in Gladstone Mindcare's Sunflower Room at 147 Goondoon St, Gladstone Central. If you would like to be part of this free community session, please contact us on 07 4837 7170 and speak with Bjay.
