Social Connection Activities

We are looking for friendly people who are looking to make a difference in our community by helping us to plan and deliver social connection activities at the Gladstone Mindcare Hub.

Social connection is an important component of mental health and wellbeing and social connection activities facilitates the engagement of individuals in meaningful and inclusive activities that strengthen their sense of connection, wellbeing, independence and confidence. 

You can:

  • Come along to social connection activity committee meetings to provide input into and develop plans for activities
  • Assist us with delivering social connection activities, providing companionship and connection with people while having fun.
